hello. i'm back (i know it's not morning).
i'll start posting with place review. everywhere i'll go to nice places i'll share you. who knows, there's some of you that will go to Yogyakarta for holiday and still searching the must visit places. i think i can help you. (sok lah kayak yang udah pernah kemana-mana ae dah haha)
last sunday afternoon, me and friends went to Gembira Loka Zoo. it's about an half hour to get here from Bantul. the last time i went there when i was in grade 2 elementary school with my grandparents, cousins, uncles, and aunties. no, i wasn't with my parents and brothers because something happened accidentaly. it's about.... (counting) 13 years ago.
now the fare is Rp 25,000,- not too expensive. then we were gave a zoo-map. after we passed the entry gate, rain fell...so i used the map to protect my head. hehe.
i was hungry and bought noodle cup, do you know that its price is almost like in airplane and train? it's Rp 8,500,-
before entering the animal area me took lot of pictures. lol. this is one of them. acted like candid. :p

then orangutan! omg they were cute af you should know that. i always wanted to hug them but it never becomes true. in my hometown, Palangkaraya (Central Kalimantan) there's a specifically place for orangutan named Arboretum (you can google). it opens everyday but if you want to meet the orangutan, i mean if you want to interact with them directly like hug them, it opens on weekend only. but still, i never got perfect time to go there.

and there was komodo. eww looks like big lizard that gets me frightened. i'm sure it can eat me.
then, this is a house of... i forget what is that but it's black and like a bear but smaller. i couldn't take its picture because it was in home and dark (you know, its color is black).
look at its house, like indian, cool!
are they Pelican? i also don't know. hahaha.

nah, thing i always remember since the last time i went to this zoo is tiger stable. because it's different than others. i mean, the stable is made down ward and so distant.
poor lonely tiger, he's alone there. his friends is seperated on other stable.
he is sooooo big and like a doll, i wanted to give a hug. haha. i wish he weren''t dangerous.

omg look at these cute little penguins, they're true and this wasn't madagascar! lmao. sorry i'm too much (as always). it was my first time to see them so you can understand. they can swim and dive, cuteness overload...
actually, this zoo has schedule for we all whom wants to see penguins on show, usually like dolphin. but me came at the wrong time so i couldn't. but fortunately, i still could see them although they were on the glass. i wanted to get them in my bag. no, i didnt' mean to kidnap them. they're just lovely.
we also entered the reptiles and birds area. but, i don't post reptiles pictures here because they're creepy af. like snakes, lizards, etc. and i didn't take birds pictures, because their area was the last place and i have been really tired. i felt like my feet are gonna paralyzed.

when we wanted to go home, we didn't know that we had to pass 2 terminals so that we could be out. it's damn far. we wanted wait for the bus but i thought it would be long too, so we still walked. until we saw defection boat, we decided to use it and it didn't need fare. we could pay at any.
over all, my sunday wasn't boring like usually. zoo is a good idea to spend our holiday. not just to take pictures but also learn about animals we don't know before.
you can go with family or friends or boyfriend/girlfriends perhaps. really, you won't regret it.
i'll tell you other places later! x
